Sales Manager – Internet Service Provider

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Internet Service Provider (ISP) sales team at our head office in Hlaing, Yangon. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, shaping sales strategy, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operations of the sales team and set weekly, monthly and quarterly targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
• Prepare regular sales and service performance reports for senior management.
• Manage key customer accounts and coordinate with the engineering team for service delivery.
• Conduct internal and client meetings, and represent the company in market‑penetration initiatives.
• Recruit, onboard, train and mentor sales staff.
• Track performance metrics, provide coaching, and set goals for sales representatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with property management partners for contract negotiations.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing or a related field, or at least 3 years of senior‑level sales and marketing experience.
• Strong English communication skills; Chinese language ability is a plus.
• Proven ability to work under pressure, meet targets and accept constructive feedback.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and customer‑care skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
