Sales Executive

About the role

16’96 Concepts is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive revenue growth across both B2B and B2C markets. The role involves generating leads, delivering compelling presentations, and reinforcing the company’s brand identity. You will work on‑site in Hlaing Tharyar Industrial Zone 2, Monday to Friday, with immediate start.

Key responsibilities

• Ideate, strategize, and implement creative outreach methods to attract new customers.
• Build meaningful relationships through strategic networking, market research, and persuasive communication.
• Test, edit, and refine sales approaches to suit diverse client needs.
• Prepare sales kits and marketing collateral, recommending new materials to the marketing team.
• Draft and deliver project proposals that meet the company’s standards of excellence.
• Analyze customer personas and preferences to target the right audience.
• Monitor competitors on pricing, products, and merchandising, and advise the product team on design and material choices.

Required profile

• Excellent customer service ability, handling complaints calmly and professionally.
• Effective time‑management to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets.
• Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to develop creative solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree (or enrollment in a Master’s program) in Business Administration, Communications, Sales Management, or related field.
• Previous experience in retail, sales, or hospitality is preferred.
