Sales Executive

About the role

Thanlyin Estate Development Ltd. is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive property sales across its residential and commercial projects in the Yangon area. You will act as the primary point of contact for prospective buyers, guiding them through the sales process and ensuring a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with prospective customers, conduct property tours, and present product offerings.
• Negotiate terms, close sales, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain and nurture client relationships by providing relevant information, guidance, and after‑sales support.
• Coordinate with homeowners on land‑grant transactions and follow up on payment collection.
• Handle customer enquiries, liaise with internal departments, and ensure homeowner requirements are met.
• Prepare and support weekly sales reports, track prospects, and identify new sales opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or management, preferably in real‑estate.
• Fluent in Burmese and English, both written and spoken.
