Sales Executive – IT Solutions (Japanese required)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive B2B sales of our IT systems and services. The role focuses on generating new business, managing the full sales cycle, and building strong client relationships, with a particular emphasis on Japanese‑speaking customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and online channels.
• Research potential customers and independently assess market opportunities.
• Present company solutions, conduct product demos, and tailor proposals to client needs.
• Prepare quotations, presentations, and negotiate contracts from lead generation to closing.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with clients and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide regular sales forecasts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B IT, software, or solution sales.
• Proven ability to manage sales opportunities independently from initial contact to closing.
• Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N3 level or higher.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship management abilities.
• Ability to work independently, under pressure, and meet sales targets.
