Sales Executive – Business Development & Client Management

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive to identify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, preparing tailored proposals, and ensuring seamless service delivery across multiple internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities to meet sales and revenue targets.
• Prepare accurate quotations and proposals based on customer requirements.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients to support policy renewal and retention.
• Coordinate with underwriting, claims, finance, and customer service teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Keep customer records up‑to‑date in CRM or company systems.
• Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or corporate sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
