Sales Executive – B2B/B2G & Wholesale Petroleum

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive to drive growth across B2B, B2G and wholesale petroleum product segments. The role involves building a strong pipeline, managing customer relationships and ensuring seamless execution of sales and after‑sales activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a robust customer pipeline in B2B, B2G and wholesale petroleum markets.
• Achieve sales and revenue targets aligned with company objectives.
• Coordinate sales and after‑sales activities with internal teams and external partners.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
• Create sales forecasts, budgets and execution plans that match company strategy.
• Gather, analyse and share market intelligence to support decision‑making.
• Oversee sales transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance on volume, pricing, payment, lifting and stock management.
• Travel frequently across Myanmar to meet clients, visit sites and support operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience; B2B/B2G experience is a plus.
• Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical and problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Results‑driven, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Team player capable of collaborating across departments and with external partners.
