Sales Director – International Export Furniture

About the role

Paribawga is seeking a dynamic Sales Director to drive international and export growth of its modern furniture range. You will shape market entry strategies, build high‑value relationships, and lead a sales team to exceed revenue and profitability targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales and export strategies for new and existing markets.
• Identify and penetrate international markets and customer segments.
• Establish and nurture relationships with buyers, importers, distributors, retailers and project customers worldwide.
• Lead key‑account management and negotiate major commercial contracts.
• Design pricing models and oversee revenue, margin and profitability performance.
• Manage the sales pipeline, forecasts and track performance against targets.
• Coach, develop and motivate the sales team.
• Collaborate closely with Production, Product Development, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance and Marketing to meet export requirements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and evolving customer needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and international trade regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of sales or business development experience, including senior leadership roles.
• Proven track record in export sales and international market development.
• Experience in furniture, home‑furnishing or related manufacturing sectors is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage international customers, distributors or strategic accounts.
• Strong commercial negotiation and people‑leadership capabilities.
• Excellent command of English and business‑level communication skills.
