Sale Leader

About the role

ABAHA is looking for a dynamic Sale Leader to drive B2B sales of its SaaS e‑commerce platform. You will lead a young, energetic sales team, work closely with senior management, and help expand the product globally.

Key responsibilities

• Consult, negotiate and close sales with B2B customers, handling objections and rejections.
• Identify and approach potential clients, develop relationships and grow the customer base.
• Plan daily, weekly and monthly activities together with leadership and report on outreach and conversion rates.
• Execute orders using the company’s CRM system, ensuring all post‑sale services are delivered as trained.
• Collect and manage customer feedback and special requests throughout the implementation process.
• Motivate, support and train the sales team, set targets and monitor performance.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Law or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Team Leader or in a comparable sales/customer‑service role.
• Strong sales, negotiation, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to maintain client relationships, organize work and manage time effectively.
• Responsible attitude, eagerness to learn and potential for growth.
