Route To Consumer Transformation Manager

About the role

The Route To Consumer Transformation Manager will lead the design, implementation and optimisation of Heineken Myanmar’s Route‑to‑Consumer (RTC) strategy. This role ensures products reach customers efficiently, drives cross‑functional collaboration and continuously improves market penetration and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end RTC projects such as Keg Expansion, Crate RPM Expansion and Distribution Expansion, ensuring on‑time, in‑full delivery with a cost‑to‑serve mindset.
• Lead the deployment of the Contact Centre, strategic wholesale initiatives and distributor sales representative programmes, coordinating with product, sales and logistics teams.
• Develop data‑driven hypotheses, run A/B tests and analyse results to continuously optimise RTC strategies.
• Create detailed project plans, define scope, milestones and resource allocation, and monitor performance to implement corrective actions.
• Facilitate weekly and bi‑weekly project meetings, prepare status reports for senior management and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Drive change management by designing new processes, resolving stakeholder resistance and delivering training in partnership with the Sales Capability team.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of proven experience in project management, preferably within a commercial or sales environment.
• Broad commercial background with exposure to multiple functions (sales, trade marketing, logistics, supply chain).
• Strong analytical mindset, capable of designing experiments, analysing data and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent time‑management, organisational and multitasking abilities, with a detail‑oriented approach.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
