Regulatory Affairs Specialist

About the role

The Regulatory Affairs Specialist will join Healthcare Mandalar Pharma & Lab in Yangon to ensure that all healthcare products meet local and international regulatory standards. This full‑time, on‑site position supports product registration, licensing and ongoing compliance across the company’s portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and maintain regulatory documentation for healthcare products.
• Monitor and interpret local and international regulatory requirements.
• Advise quality, logistics and commercial teams on compliance matters.
• Support product registration, licensing and renewal processes.
• Coordinate regulatory submissions to authorities and track approval timelines.
• Respond to queries and provide additional information requested by regulators.

Required profile

• Strong background in regulatory affairs for healthcare or pharmaceutical products.
• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, life sciences, chemistry or a related field.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device or healthcare regulatory environments (highly beneficial).
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking and organizational abilities.
• Fluent written and spoken English; local language proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site in Yangon and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
