Redressing Officer – Warehouse Operations

About the role

Zuellig Pharma is seeking a Redressing Officer to manage secondary repackaging activities in its warehouse. You will ensure compliance with GMP standards, coordinate quality issues, and maintain efficient operations to support the company’s healthcare distribution network.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain GMP standards in secondary repackaging areas.
• Coordinate with Quality to manage deviations, non‑conformities, and product complaints.
• Ensure availability and correctness of starting and packing materials and equipment.
• Prepare, review, and archive the Repackaging Batch Record (RBR) for each batch.
• Receive products and packing materials, perform line clearance, and reconcile inventories.
• Demonstrate packaging procedures to staff and verify sample preparation.
• Conduct in‑process controls and post‑line clearance activities, informing QA of finished product inspection.
• Enforce gowning, personal hygiene, and SOP compliance for all personnel.
• Maintain premises and equipment according to SOPs, 5S, GMP, and GSDP standards.
• Prepare monthly redressing log sheets and handle additional tasks assigned by the Operations Manager.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in transportation, receiving, dispatching, or logistics operations.
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of quality and safety standards such as 5S, GMP, GSDP, ISO, and Cold Chain Management.
• Experience with secure documentation and handling of contaminated products.
