About the role

The Recruitment Assistant is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Yangon Region, Myanmar. You will support the end‑to‑end recruitment process, ensuring smooth coordination between hiring managers and candidates.

Key responsibilities

  • Post job advertisements and screen incoming applications.
  • Schedule interviews, prepare interview materials, and communicate with candidates.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment tracking systems.
  • Respond to candidate inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team and assist with onboarding activities.
  • Contribute ideas to improve recruitment processes.

Required profile

  • Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset and respect for confidentiality of HR information.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with office software such as email, word processing, and spreadsheets.
  • Familiarity with basic HR or applicant tracking systems.
