Real Estate Analyst – Market Research & Business Development

About the role

The Real Estate Analyst will support CIM Property Consultants by conducting market research, financial analysis and strategic assessments to drive growth in Myanmar’s real estate sector. The role works closely with internal teams and external clients to evaluate property investments and identify new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market studies, analyse data and identify trends and opportunities in the real estate market.
• Evaluate property values, market conditions and financial performance to support investment decisions.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for private and public companies, individuals and institutional investors.
• Perform site inspections to gather data for real‑estate assessments and valuations.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders on project‑related activities, including site visits and information gathering.
• Collaborate with team members to execute consultancy assignments and drive business growth in Myanmar.
• Generate referrals and leads through social‑media management (website, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Assist the Business Development team in generating new sales leads and maintaining client relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university, preferably in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Economics or related fields; higher degree preferred.
• Team player with excellent presentation and communication abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
