About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Quantity Surveyor to join our team on‑site at North Dagon Township. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project costs, preparing budgets and ensuring accurate measurement and payment processes throughout the construction lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

Prepare budget plans and monitor project cost reports.
Review and certify subcontractor progress claims and final accounts.
Prepare contracts for subcontractors and verify BOQ, measurements and payment certificates.
Monitor material quantities, wastage and cost performance.
Manage variation orders, claims and change‑work cost assessments.
Prepare monthly cost forecasts and identify cost overruns.
Coordinate with procurement, site engineers and finance for cost control.

Required profile

B.E. (Civil) or AGTI (Civil) degree.
3‑5 years of experience in quantity surveying and cost control.
Strong knowledge of BOQ, contract administration and cost reporting.

Required skills

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD (advantage).
