Quality Assurance Supervisor – Lead UAT & Testing

About the role

The Quality Assurance Supervisor will lead functional, regression, performance and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new application releases. You will ensure that all testing activities meet company standards and end‑user expectations before production deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough functional, regression, and performance testing on new application versions.
• Lead and participate in the UAT process, coordinating with business stakeholders to validate requirements.
• Train, orient and schedule team members on UAT activities, ensuring deadlines, quality benchmarks and project scope are met.
• Identify gaps in UAT processes and develop new procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Execute test cases, report, track and troubleshoot defects in close collaboration with developers.
• Participate in designing and implementing automated testing to reduce manual effort.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of testing procedures, results and findings for audit readiness.
• Provide timely status reports to the QA Lead and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate across departments to align testing processes with development sprints.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in software quality assurance, preferably in fintech or financial services.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring a testing team.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
