Project Manager – FinTech & Digital Transformation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver FinTech and digital transformation initiatives. The role involves overseeing projects from inception to completion while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects throughout the full lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, vendors, and business partners.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation actions.
• Prepare status reports and present updates to management and stakeholders.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and governance sessions.
• Support change management activities and ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Ensure smooth handover of deliverables and capture lessons learned.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in project management and successful delivery.
• PMP, Diploma in Project Management or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Experience in FinTech, Banking or Digital Transformation preferred.
• Strong knowledge of planning, scheduling, governance, risk management and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Strong communication, presentation, facilitation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with cross‑functional teams.
