Project Lead (PMO) – System Analysis & Agile Delivery

About the role

We are looking for a Project Lead (PMO) to drive system analysis, business documentation, quality assurance and agile delivery of low‑code automation projects. You will act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear requirements, robust testing and on‑time delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into system and functional specifications, creating process and system flow diagrams.
• Prepare, review and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and functional specs; facilitate workshops and manage requirement changes.
• Lead QA activities: define test strategies, coordinate UAT, track defects and ensure business sign‑off.
• Develop project plans, monitor milestones, manage risks, ensure regulatory compliance and act as Scrum Master for assigned projects.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Developers, QA, Business) and serve as the main point of contact for day‑to‑day project coordination.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to streamline automation projects and optimize outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business or a related field.
• Background in software development or programming.
• Proven experience in system analysis, business analysis or project lead roles.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, documentation and communication skills in English and Myanmar.
• Proactive, independent and able to manage multiple workstreams.
