Project Installation Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Project Installation Sales Manager to drive HVAC project installation sales and revenue growth. The role involves identifying new project opportunities, building strong client relationships, and coordinating with engineering and operations teams to ensure profitable project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new HVAC installation, replacement, and upgrade project opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, and corporate clients.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and site survey to proposal, negotiation, and contract closing.
• Prepare quotations, BOQs, and commercial proposals while maintaining target margins.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Commercial, and Finance teams for smooth project handover and execution.
• Achieve sales targets and manage pipelines, forecasts, and revenue projections.
• Monitor HVAC/M&E market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong negotiation, presentation, and commercial decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
• Results‑driven, customer‑focused and commercially minded.
• Experience in HVAC/M&E project sales and an established industry network is an advantage.

Required skills

• Solid understanding of HVAC systems, installation processes, and project workflows.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with CRM systems.
