Project HR Business Partner (HRBP)

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on, people‑oriented Project HR Business Partner to deliver end‑to‑end HR support for project teams. The role is highly interactive and office‑based, requiring confident communication, ownership, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with project managers to understand workforce needs and provide timely HR solutions.
• Manage recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Coordinate employee training, engagement initiatives, and internal culture communications.
• Support performance management, attendance tracking, employee relations, and daily HR operations.
• Drive assigned HR tasks and projects across teams, working independently to completion.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience with exposure to recruitment and HR operations.
• Professional working proficiency in English; Chinese language ability is a plus.
• Previous experience in a Chinese‑invested company or multinational organization is preferred.
• Strong judgment, communication, coordination, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proactive, responsible, execution‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a people‑intensive environment.
