Project Coordinator – Real Estate Development

About the role

Yoma Land is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of its residential, commercial, industrial and hotel projects across Myanmar. The role acts as the central hub for contractors, suppliers, customers and internal teams, ensuring that design, budget and schedule targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate contractors, suppliers and documentation using project management tools and SOPs.
• Secure authority approvals and streamline logistics with agents and property affairs teams.
• Manage import clearance and timely delivery of materials with customs agents.
• Serve as the main liaison for design changes, cost implications and defect resolution.
• Track individual and master project schedules to guarantee timely completion.
• Prepare handover documentation, including as‑built drawings, specifications and record photos.
• Produce project reports and presentations for the Project Director.
• Assist in preparing CAPEX and OPEX budgets and cost plans.
• Issue site instructions, Taking Over Certificates and other contract administration documents.
• Compile monthly cash‑flow, payment and progress reports.
• Update master plans with survey teams and provide administrative support to the project team.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, construction management).
• Strong understanding of project management principles and engineering concepts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
