Product Marketing Manager – GTM & Growth

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to own the go‑to‑market strategy, brand identity, and merchant acquisition programs for our new digital products in Myanmar. The role works closely with Product and Sales teams to drive market presence and commercial rollout.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute comprehensive GTM strategies, including pilot testing, soft launch, and full rollout.
• Develop market positioning, pricing, and packaging for different retail segments.
• Lead multi‑channel merchant acquisition campaigns and optimise the lead‑to‑sign‑up funnel.
• Create sales enablement tools such as demos, pitch decks, and onboarding kits, and feed market insights back to product.

Required profile

• 5+ years progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in B2B SaaS, retail tech, fintech or POS solutions.
• Proven track record of successful software product launches in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong analytical background, comfortable using data to optimise spend and report metrics.
• Deep knowledge of the Myanmar retail ecosystem and local digital behaviour.
