Brand PR & Community Executive (OJT Trainee)

About the role

The Brand PR & Community Executive (OJT Trainee) is a full‑time, on‑site position in Thingangyun. You will support the planning and execution of public‑relations campaigns and community programmes while learning from senior communications professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Draft press releases, briefing materials and basic client reports.
• Monitor media coverage and maintain media and stakeholder contact lists.
• Assist in coordinating events and community engagement activities.
• Create social‑media content, newsletters and other communication materials for clients.
• Document outcomes of community programmes and ensure timely communication with partners.

Required profile

• Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce clear, accurate content.
• Knowledge of public‑relations practices, including media relations and press‑release writing.
• Interest in brand building, stakeholder relationship management and community engagement.
• Ability to work on‑site, collaborate in a team and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Academic background or ongoing studies in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing or a related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets).
• Familiarity with social‑media platforms for content creation.
• Basic knowledge of digital communication tools.

What we offer

• During the 6‑month OJT period: Base salary 300,000 MMK/month, transportation allowance 100,000 MMK/month, accommodation provided.
• After successful completion (contracted staff): Base salary 600,000 MMK/month, transportation allowance 100,000 MMK/month, accommodation provided.
