Product Manager (Pharma)

About the role

Neopaed Healthcare is seeking a dynamic Product Manager to lead the marketing and lifecycle management of its pharmaceutical products. The role is based in Bahan, Yangon and involves close collaboration with medical, regulatory, sales, and digital teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement product marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Manage the product lifecycle from launch through maturity.
• Create promotional materials such as detail aids, brochures, posters, and digital content.
• Coordinate with Medical Representatives to ensure effective product detailing.
• Conduct product training and briefing sessions for sales teams.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance.
• Plan and execute product launch meetings, RTDs, CMEs, and conferences.
• Collect feedback from doctors and field teams to refine product strategies.
• Monitor budget utilization and ROI of promotional activities.
• Ensure compliance with ethical marketing practices and regulatory guidelines.

Required profile

• Relevant degree (M.B, B.S, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or B.Comm Health).
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar pharma role (advantageous).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel when necessary.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
