Private Label Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Private Label Supervisor to lead the development and launch of our own‑brand products. The role works closely with merchandising, marketing, supply‑chain, finance, quality assurance and operations teams, as well as external suppliers, to bring innovative private‑label items to market.

Key responsibilities

• Drive new product development by coordinating internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to spot trends and consumer needs.
• Define product specifications, packaging design, compliance and quality standards.
• Act as brand ambassador within retail operations, supporting store teams to maximise visibility and sales.
• Lead cross‑functional teams through the product launch process, ensuring timely execution.
• Maintain and grow supplier relationships to improve sourcing, production efficiency and product quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• Minimum 1 year experience in merchandising or purchasing.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication skills with good command of spoken and written English.
