Personal Assistant (Korean Speaker)

About the role

Bright Future Consulting Service is seeking a full‑time Personal Assistant who is fluent in Korean to support its Yangon office. The role involves providing comprehensive administrative assistance while acting as the primary liaison for Korean‑speaking clients and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage executives’ calendars, schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements.
• Prepare documents, presentations and reports using Microsoft Office tools.
• Translate and interpret communications between Korean‑speaking stakeholders and internal teams.
• Handle phone calls, emails and inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
• Maintain filing systems, records and digital communication platforms.
• Assist in organizing training sessions, meetings and company events.
• Uphold confidentiality and prioritize tasks to support smooth office operations.

Required profile

• Strong Korean language proficiency (speaking, reading, writing) and good command of English.
• Demonstrated administrative and organizational abilities, including calendar and travel management.
• Attention to detail, reliability and discretion when handling confidential information.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous experience as a personal or administrative assistant is an advantage.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business Administration, Languages or a related field is preferred.
