Operator & License Owner – Launch Stranger Soccer in Yangon

About the role

Stranger Soccer is seeking an entrepreneurial Operator & License Owner to launch and run its football platform in Yangon. You will be responsible for building the local ecosystem, securing venues, and delivering a seamless playing experience for football enthusiasts.

Key responsibilities

• Launch and grow the Stranger Soccer brand in Yangon.
• Establish partnerships with football venues and secure quality playing locations.
• Recruit, coordinate and support Official Hosts and local team members.
• Drive marketing initiatives to attract players and expand the community.
• Oversee day‑to‑day game operations and ensure an outstanding player experience.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and expansion of the local operation.

Required profile

• Passion for football and deep understanding of the local football community.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong sense of ownership.
• Proven experience managing operations, community or customer experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication and relationship‑building abilities.

Required skills

• No specific technical skills are required; the role focuses on operations, partnership building and community management.
