About the role
The Store Manager will lead the uabpay Store in Dagon Myothit, ensuring smooth delivery of payment services and excellent customer experience. This role combines operational oversight, staff supervision, and direct interaction with customers regarding uabpay products.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to uabpay services.
- Open uabpay accounts, manage cash‑in/cash‑out and payment transactions.
- Supervise and coach store staff, assign duties and monitor performance.
- Maintain inventory records, oversee equipment maintenance and manage administrative tasks.
- Ensure service quality and compliance with store policies.
Required profile
- Resident of the Dagon Myothit (Seikkan) area.
- Holder of a university degree.
- Minimum three years of experience in customer service.
- Preferable experience in financial services or banking.
- Strong knowledge of mobile payment solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
