Operation Support Engineer – Telecom

About the role

We are looking for motivated Operation Support Engineers to join our telecom team. The role involves ensuring smooth operation of monitoring systems, managing user access, and supporting field technicians across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Manage user accounts and allocate departmental access.
• Configure SMS settings for field technicians, covering site alarms, work orders and trouble tickets.
• Integrate new on‑air site information into existing monitoring platforms.
• Collect, maintain and update site databases.
• Deliver system training to newly hired staff.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly KPI reports.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot system‑related issues.
• Assist NOC engineers with alarm monitoring and escalation processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Electrical Power or Electronic Communication.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; up to 2 years of telecom experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Ability to work under pressure and collaborate within a team.

Required skills

• MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic system administration knowledge.
• Familiarity with telecommunications monitoring tools.
