On-Camera Talent for Education Brand (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a bright, natural on-camera personality to become the face of our education brand’s short-form video content on Facebook, TikTok and Instagram. You will present pre-written scripts that explain scholarships, visa pathways and university comparisons to Myanmar students and parents interested in studying in Malaysia.

Key responsibilities

• Record approximately 30 short-form videos each month for social-media platforms.
• Deliver scripted content in a natural, conversational tone, emphasizing strong opening hooks (first 3 seconds) and engaging pacing.
• Follow the content calendar and submit finished videos at least two days before the scheduled posting date.
• Maintain a consistent on-screen personality to build audience familiarity.
• Attend a monthly in-office session for planning, batch shooting or team alignment.

Required profile

• Camera-confident, engaging personality that can draw viewers in.
• Ability to speak fluently in Burmese and English on camera.
• Reliable home filming environment – quiet, well-lit and suitable for regular shoots.
• Strong time-management skills to meet content deadlines.
• Coachability and willingness to take direction from the marketing team.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of filming setup (lighting, framing, audio).
