Network Engineer

About the role

The Network Engineer will support and maintain our enterprise network infrastructure. You will work with a variety of network hardware, troubleshoot issues, and ensure reliable connectivity for internal users and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the health of network devices, systems and related software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Level‑1 incidents, escalating to specialized teams when required.
• Communicate with customers and vendors via email and phone to achieve timely resolutions.
• Document and publish approved work instructions and procedures for internal reference.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in any discipline.
• At least 1 year of IT‑related experience.
• Fundamental knowledge of networking and systems.
• Strong teamwork, communication and reporting abilities.
• Willingness to work shifts, including nights, public holidays and weekends.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Experience with wireless access points.
• Knowledge of firewalls, routers, switches and network controllers.
• Understanding of network security principles.
• Ability to implement, administer and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices.
