Microsoft 365 App Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Microsoft 365 App Specialist to strengthen our team focused on solutions and productivity. In this role you will work closely with customers to enhance their digital work environment, helping them to work more comfortably and efficiently. You will think creatively about business processes and help set up Microsoft solutions that enable smoother collaboration.

• Design, configure and deploy Microsoft 365 solutions tailored to organizational needs.
• Provide guidance and support to ensure smooth adoption of Microsoft applications.
• Assist organizations in creating more pleasant and efficient ways of working.
• Assess existing digital tools and recommend enhancements using Microsoft technologies.
• Engage with customers to understand their digital workplace challenges and propose Microsoft‑based solutions aligned with business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with customers.
