Medical Product Specialist

About the role

The Medical Product Specialist is the primary liaison between pharmaceutical companies and healthcare professionals, driving product awareness and demand across the assigned territory in Myanmar.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales plans aligned with marketing objectives and sales targets.
• Promote products using scientific knowledge and approved promotional materials.
• Provide technical, scientific and disease‑management information to HCPs.
• Build relationships with key opinion leaders and organize CME events and round‑team meetings.
• Monitor market data to identify opportunities for new and existing products.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales volume and coverage targets.

Required profile

• Medical‑related degree with at least 1 year of experience (fresh graduates are also considered).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, learning mindset.
• Target‑driven attitude and ability to work collaboratively within an ethical team.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned province and manage active accounts.

Required skills

• Ability to convey scientific messages clearly to healthcare professionals.
• Proficiency in using digital CRM systems for planning and execution.
• Understanding of ethical compliance and promotion standards.
