Product Manager – Pharmaceutical & Healthcare

About the role

The Product Manager will be based on‑site in Bahan and will own the full lifecycle of assigned pharmaceutical and healthcare products, from market analysis through launch and post‑launch performance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market analysis and define product strategies and go‑to‑market plans.
• Coordinate product registration, launch activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor product performance, manage pricing and positioning, and prepare product‑related materials.
• Support field teams with product knowledge and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Stay current on therapeutic area developments, competitor activity and market trends.

Required profile

• Strong product management experience, including market analysis, lifecycle planning and go‑to‑market execution.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical product registration, regulatory processes and compliance standards.
• Experience in marketing and distribution strategy within healthcare or related industries.
• Ability to analyse sales data, forecast demand and optimise product portfolio performance.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
• Detail‑oriented, organised and able to manage multiple products and projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and Myanmar languages is preferred.
• Prior experience in pediatrics, neonatology, respiratory or related therapeutic areas is an asset.
