Medical Doctor – Full‑time Clinical & Homecare Role

About the role

HOME DOCTOR Myanmar is seeking a full‑time Medical Doctor to join its multidisciplinary team in Thingangyun. The position combines in‑clinic patient care with online consultations and scheduled home‑care visits, offering a diverse and patient‑centered practice environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, physical examinations, and diagnostic assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for a wide range of common medical conditions.
• Provide clinical services in the clinic, via telemedicine platforms, and during home‑care visits as required.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date medical records in electronic systems.
• Collaborate with nurses, allied health professionals, and administrative staff to ensure coordinated care.
• Participate in case discussions, patient education sessions, and quality‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Valid medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and current license to practice medicine in Myanmar.
• Demonstrated competence in patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow‑up care.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Thingangyun and adapt to both clinic and home‑care settings.
• Proficiency in local languages; English proficiency is an advantage for international coordination.
