About the role
The company is seeking a Marketing Team Leader to head its Activation team, develop and execute activation strategies, and drive market growth for its products.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Activation team, overseeing daily activities.
- Develop and implement activation strategies to promote company products.
- Manage budgets for activation activities.
- Monitor, evaluate and report on team targets and performance.
- Coach and support team members to improve their activities.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 1 year of experience in activation or field marketing.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Leadership and management abilities.
