Marketing Specialist (Design & Renovation)

About the role

HOL Design & Engineering is seeking a full‑time Marketing Specialist to lead the promotion of its interior design, property remodeling and renovation services across residential and commercial markets. Based on‑site in Yangon, you will work closely with sales and design teams to translate market insights into effective campaigns that boost brand awareness and drive client acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research, analyse trends and identify target customer segments.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
• Create and manage marketing collateral, social media content and other communication materials.
• Coordinate with sales and design teams to ensure consistent messaging and support lead generation.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports and recommend optimisation actions.
• Engage with prospective and existing clients to support customer service initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Experience in market research, marketing strategy and lead generation.
• Background in marketing, business or a related field; experience in design, architecture or construction is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects on‑site and work collaboratively with internal teams.
