Marketing Manager (Deputy) – Banking

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager (Deputy) to lead the development and execution of marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility and drive business growth for our banking division.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and support the bank's business goals.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for banking products and services across all channels.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify customer needs and new business opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with product teams, branches, and external partners to deliver marketing activities effectively.
• Monitor marketing performance, prepare campaign reports, and recommend improvements based on results.
• Manage the marketing budget and provide guidance and support to the marketing team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of marketing experience, preferably in banking, financial services, or fintech.
• Strong knowledge of marketing strategy, campaign management, and digital marketing.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management abilities.
• Proven ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders, branches, and external partners.
• Results‑oriented mindset with proactive leadership qualities.
