Marketing Manager – Automotive (Brand Strategy Lead)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead brand strategy for our automotive portfolio in Yangon. You will own the brand’s visual identity, storytelling, and multi‑channel campaigns, positioning our vehicles as market leaders and building strong connections with modern car buyers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and protect the core brand identity, messaging, and visual standards across all touchpoints.
• Plan and launch integrated marketing campaigns (digital, TV/video, print, experiential, PR) for new vehicle launches and dealer initiatives.
• Oversee creative production, including video shoots, digital assets, brochures, and lifestyle content.
• Leverage market trends, competitor data, and consumer insights to refine positioning and identify growth segments.
• Manage external agencies and partners to deliver high‑quality assets on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with product development, sales, and dealer groups to ensure brand consistency.
• Track and optimize brand awareness, sentiment, consideration, and campaign ROI using analytical tools.

Required profile

• 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in the automotive sector (OEM, dealership group, or agency).
• Proven record of building or repositioning complex consumer brands with measurable impact on brand equity.
• Strong visual and copy judgment, with experience directing high‑budget video and photography productions.
• Ability to translate technical vehicle specifications and market data into compelling brand narratives.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for executive and dealer audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field (MBA preferred).
