Marketing Executive (Life Insurance)

About the role

The Marketing Executive will drive brand engagement for a life insurance provider by creating and executing offline marketing initiatives. This role involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver successful events and promotional activities.

Key responsibilities

• Generate creative concepts for marketing activities, including event themes and brand activation ideas.
• Plan and execute offline campaigns such as events, exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance, compile post‑event reports, and assess ROI.
• Support production of marketing materials and manage promotional inventory.
• Oversee event logistics, including venue setup, branding, and on‑site coordination.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure all materials adhere to brand guidelines.
• Conduct market visits, observe competitor activities, and identify new opportunities.

Required profile

• Any graduate degree.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, events, or related fields.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel and support field activities as needed.
