Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Executive to join Thymes Education Consulting in Yangon. You will help plan and execute digital and offline marketing activities that engage Gen‑Z audiences and support our education fairs and promotional events.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute social media content and marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
• Develop fresh content ideas and coordinate with designers, videographers, influencers and external partners.
• Assist in producing marketing materials, campaigns and promotional content.
• Support the planning and execution of education fairs, events and promotional activities.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance, track engagement and leads, and prepare basic marketing reports.
• Support paid advertising activities and collaborate with relevant team members.
• Stay updated on social media trends and generate ideas suitable for Gen Z audiences.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, social media or a related field.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas.
• Good communication, coordination and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience with Canva.
• Experience with CapCut or similar content‑creation tools.
