Marketing Executive

About the role

The Marketing Executive will join A Sure Company in Yangon to plan, execute and optimise marketing activities that support business growth. This full‑time, on‑site position works closely with sales and other departments to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective market outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans and campaign calendars.
• Coordinate promotional events, materials and digital initiatives.
• Conduct market research, analyse customer and competitor data, and prepare regular marketing reports.
• Support sales initiatives by aligning marketing efforts with sales objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistent communication and brand standards.
• Engage with external stakeholders to increase brand awareness.

Required profile

• Strong ability to design and execute effective marketing campaigns.
• Proven experience in market research and data analysis for decision‑making.
• Excellent communication skills for internal collaboration and external engagement.
• Understanding of sales processes and alignment of marketing activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in a marketing or sales‑related role, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
• Organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Yangon and collaborate with diverse teams.
