• Utilize marketing automation and CRM tools to generate and nurture leads.
• Monitor campaign performance, report results, and optimize tactics based on data insights.
• Manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI.
• Plan and execute participation in trade shows, conferences, and webinars.
• Build relationships with industry influencers, partners, and customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Marketing Executive in the HR software or a related industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
