Marketing Coordinator

About the role

The Marketing Coordinator will act as the primary liaison between Oway Cars & Services and its external marketing agency, while managing day‑to‑day customer interactions across multiple digital channels. This role ensures consistent brand communication, supports sales events, and drives data‑backed improvements to our social media and marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries from the hotline, Facebook Messenger, TikTok and other assigned channels, following each case through to resolution.
• Identify recurring issues, propose enhancements, and monitor competitor activity on social media.
• Maintain the social media content calendar, coordinate posts, campaigns, promotions, and service updates.
• Brief the external agency on products, campaigns and priorities; review content, artwork, captions and posting schedules before publication.
• Collect, analyse and report on social media performance data on a weekly/monthly basis.
• Manage end‑to‑end coordination of Point‑of‑Sale Materials and other marketing collateral.
• Support the sales team at exhibitions, trade fairs, roadshows and networking events.
• Draft basic social media captions, service explanations, customer messages and marketing briefs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, customer service, sales support or coordination.
• Experience in automotive, fleet services, transportation, travel, logistics or B2B services is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to prepare reports using social media data.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
• Familiarity with Facebook, TikTok and social media management tools.
• Basic Canva or other design‑tool experience.
• Ability to coordinate with external marketing suppliers and agencies.
