Marketing Admin Assistant

About the role

The Marketing Admin Assistant will support the marketing team with daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth coordination of campaigns, events, and documentation. This role is essential for maintaining organized records and facilitating communication between internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the marketing team with routine administrative and coordination activities.
• Prepare, update, and archive marketing documents, reports, and records.
• Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and external partners as needed.
• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
• Manage marketing materials, promotional items, and related documentation.
• Prepare purchase requests, quotations, invoices, and other necessary paperwork.
• Help with social media content creation and campaign coordination.

Required profile

• Graduated or currently pursuing an undergraduate degree.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a marketing admin or assistant role.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with the marketing team and other departments.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
