Key Account Executive

About the role

The Key Account Executive will support the Key Account Manager in developing growth strategies for the Modern Trade channel and managing day‑to‑day operations with key retailers in Yangon. You will act as the primary liaison for assigned accounts, ensuring commercial targets are met and long‑term partnerships are built.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Key Account Manager and internal teams to create and execute strategic account plans.
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing concerns and needs promptly.
• Drive proper execution of trade promotions, pricing, merchandising standards, and new product introductions at the outlet level.
• Monitor retailer compliance with JTI’s standards, including pricing, planograms, and promotional processes.
• Track and manage the budget for assigned accounts, ensuring expenditures align with planned allocations.
• Coordinate invoice follow‑up and ensure accurate financial reporting for account activities.

Required profile

• Graduate of any university discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in field sales, account management, or B2B roles.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong commercial mindset with exposure to trade and financial planning.
• Knowledge of trade marketing, distribution planning, and tobacco industry regulations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
