Junior IT Support – Entry Level IT Technician

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior IT Support professional to join our team in Yangon. You will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining a range of IT equipment and services, ensuring smooth daily operations for our office and Digital out of Home projects.

Key responsibilities

• Install and configure computer hardware, software, office network devices, printers, scanners, operating systems, file sharing and applications.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems, office networks, and devices on a daily basis.
• Monitor the Digital out of Home network, diagnose errors and perform on‑site fixes.
• Respond promptly to service issues and user requests.
• Troubleshoot system, network and CCTV problems, resolving hardware or software faults.
• Research new products and technologies, evaluate their suitability.
• Travel as needed for Digital out of Home projects.
• Provide support to employees encountering challenges with computers or network devices.

Required profile

• Graduate with a diploma or certificate in IT or a related field.
• Practical A+ and Network+ certifications required; CCNA preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience managing LAN and WAN networks, including routers, switches, wireless routers, access points and backup servers.
• Strong teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Can‑do attitude, ability to work under pressure.
