IT Support Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, customer‑focused IT Support Executive to deliver daily infrastructure and operational assistance. You will be the first point of contact for users, handling help‑desk queries, troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues, and ensuring smooth operation of systems and devices.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day IT support for systems, networks, servers and end‑user devices via help‑desk, remote and onsite assistance.
• Act as the first point of contact for technical assistance requests received by phone or email.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network problems efficiently.
• Log all incidents, service requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Follow up with users to confirm issue resolution and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Identify and recommend improvements to IT processes and procedures.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the Unit Leader.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Network+ (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of basic networking, systems and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑oriented, patient and problem‑solving mindset.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
