IT Solutions Coordinator

About the role

The IT Solutions Coordinator will act as the bridge between business units, vendors, and internal IT teams to ensure successful implementation and support of applications across multiple sectors. This role involves assessment, documentation, contract management, and training to drive effective solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Run assessments of applications with vendors before implementation.
• Facilitate meetings, document action items, and track progress.
• Assist stakeholders with documentation, follow‑ups, and contract preparation.
• Lead communication between business and vendors for support issues until resolution.
• Identify and lock down business requirements to define project scope.
• Coordinate system configuration and integrations with multiple vendors.
• Produce customized reports and use data for business insights.
• Deliver regular, tailored training to business teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business IT or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in documentation management and project‑management tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
