IT Infrastructure Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead enterprise‑wide infrastructure initiatives in Yangon. The role involves overseeing projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, budget and quality expectations while aligning with business and security requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, and deliver IT infrastructure projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets and resource needs.
• Manage and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure (servers, virtualization, storage, networking, cloud platforms).
• Ensure high availability, performance, security and reliability of IT systems and services.
• Lead infrastructure operations including incident, problem, change and capacity management, meeting SLA/KPI targets.
• Administer hybrid cloud environments (AWS and on‑premises) and optimize performance and costs.
• Conduct project meetings, status reviews and risk assessments.
• Monitor project progress, proactively resolve issues and ensure alignment with business requirements and security standards.
• Automate operational processes, implement best practices for monitoring and maintenance.
• Manage IT vendors, contracts, assets and technology procurement.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, governance standards and audit requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable infrastructure solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics & Communication or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 3 years managing infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record delivering medium to large‑scale IT infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure and service management.
