About the role
We are urgently hiring an IT Executive specialized in Master Data Management to manage product codes, inventory, and pricing updates across our network of clinics and labs. The role focuses on maintaining accurate master data in multiple software systems.
Key responsibilities
- Create product codes within software systems.
- Update inventory and procedure price changes across all clinics and labs.
- Update package pricing in Odoo ERP and Charm EHR.
- Process ground stock adjustments for all clinics.
- Update system expiry quantities for all clinics.
- Update batch and expiry details for all clinics.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
- Experience updating Odoo ERP, Charm EHR, and SAP software systems.
- Working knowledge and hands‑on experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to communicate effectively with internal and external clients and vendors.
